Feelings Of Being Exhausted

When trying to alleviate tired exhausted symptoms, many factors should be considered before starting treatment. Medical problems such as an underlying illness, a thyroid disorder, heart disease, and diabetes are also known to inflict exhaustion upon an individual.

Possible complications due to exhaustion include depression (which is related to both the exhaustion symptoms as well as the lack of diagnosis), side effects and adverse reactions to medications, side effects and adverse reactions associated with the lack of activity, social isolation, lifestyle restrictions, and missing work and/or school.

Tired exhausted symptoms can be treated in many ways, including moderating one’s daily activity, gradual but steady exercise, cognitive behavior therapy, treatment of depression, treatment of existing pain, treatment of sleep problems, treatment of allergy-like symptoms, treatment of low blood pressure, which is known as hypotension, and the treatment of problems surrounding the nervous system. One’s doctor may encourage the individual to slow down their day to day activity and avoid excessive physical and psychological stress.
